GoodMaps Announces Kelly Lovett as New Business Development Lead
GoodMaps is delighted to introduce our new Business Development Lead, Kelly Lovett. In this role, Lovett will support the expansion of the commercials and business development team and help to identify and develop opportunities and solutions that aid in the growth of GoodMaps’ core business.
On the appointment, Neil Barnfather, GoodMaps’ Chief Commercial Officer, said, “Kelly brings her extensive experience of working across many of GoodMaps’ key sectors, including transit and healthcare. More importantly, though, she has been at the technological forefront – bringing revolutionary technology intended to enhance the lives of all users (especially those from the BLV community) – for years. This expertise places her in an excellent position to support GoodMaps’ continued journey.”
Before joining GoodMaps, Lovett served as Director of Healthcare Advancement (and previously, of Sales) with a visual interpreting service known as Aira. She was also in charge of Executive and Partnership Operations at Personal AI. Lovett is an active board member for the TAD Foundation, who’s founding mission is to increase employment for the blind and low vision community by bridging the gap between BLV college students and corporate America.
“I’m thrilled to join GoodMaps and to further my career with the talented commercial team as we continue to make waves in the assistive tech space. Inclusion and accessibility are values that I personally and professionally hold highly, and to have the ability to partner with like-minded companies to increase these values within their product, their customers, and their overall organization, is truly serving a meaningful purpose,” commented Lovett of her new position.
GoodMaps invites you to come and meet Kelly and celebrate her joining the team this July at The National Federation of the Blind National Convention (in Houston) and Disability:IN Conference (in Orlando).
