Theresa Reno-Weber most recently served as the President and CEO of Metro United Way in Louisville, KY where she reversed a 10-year decline in annual revenue, tripled the size of the endowment, and raised over $140M during her tenure to improve outcomes for individuals served across 300 organizations. She was the first Chief of Performance & Technology for Louisville Metro Government, overseeing Performance Improvement & Innovation, Information Technology, and Human Resources; coordinating the people, processes, and technology required to improve the way government works. Reno-Weber launched Louisville’s internationally recognized LouieStat program, which identified and tracked key metrics and led improvement projects yielding efficiencies and cost reductions of $25M+.


A graduate of the United States Coast Guard Academy and former Lieutenant in the U.S. Coast Guard where she deployed to the Persian Gulf and served as a Sea Marshall post 9-11, Reno-Weber spent her last year as a Coast Guard Liaison to the U.S. House of Representatives. She earned a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and was a consultant with McKinsey & Company from 2008 to 2012 focusing on go-to-market strategies in the private sector and public sector innovation.
