March 9, 2023
Fast Company has named the startup GoodMaps as one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2023, including them among the ten most innovative companies in retail.
“For decades, Fast Company has been shining a spotlight on the businesses that are changing the world as we know it,” remarked GoodMaps’ CEO, Jose Gaztambide. He continued, “GoodMaps is honored to join these ranks just four years after being founded. This recognition underscores our audacious vision (one shared with our partners) – to make the indoors more accessible to everyone – and strengthens our ability to make good on that dream. Our deepest thanks to Fast Company.”
Fast Company’s editor-in-chief, Brendan Vaughan, shared, “What a strange and thrilling year it has been to honor this year’s Most Innovative Companies.” They also noted, “This year’s list compiles some of the most cutting-edge groundbreakers who are changing our world every single day, from legacy organizations like McDonald’s to upstarts like MrBeast and institutions such as NASA. Everyone on this list does something completely, uniquely different, yet, they all have one thing in common: innovation.”
